National Superintendent Team Convenes in Detroit

The Southern Michigan Conference recently hosted 13 of our national Superintendents along with several spouses for a two day leadership coaching event.  Our resource people included Dr. Don Ross from the Northwest Ministry Network of the Assemblies of God along with Superintendent Bruce from the SMC.

This Superintendents who were present give oversight to the work of the FMC in at least 25 different states.  Those in attendance were:  Keith Cowart (Alabama Georgia), Brad Button (East Michigan), Ben Tolly (Gateway),  Bruce Cromwell (Great Plains), and his wife Mindi, Pam Braman (Genesis) and her husband Marshal, Mike Hopper (North Central), Chris Hill (Oregon), Doug Rabe (Pittsburgh) and his wife Kathy, Michael and Amelia Traylor (The River) and John Lane (Wabash).

Our topics included:  Finding Ministry Margin, Dealing with Antagonists, The Leadership Challenge & How to Make Vision Stick.

Superintendent Bruce reported:  “It is encouraging to witness our national team coming together for further leadership development, prayer and collaboration.  Relationships are being built, trust is increasing, and geographic boundaries are becoming permeable.  There is something special taking place in the FMCUSA.”  Our next coaching cohort will be in Seattle on October 29-30th.
